Agreement
By creating an account or using the website and practice platform (the Service), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to accept them for that institution.
Nature of the Service
Differential percentages, reasoning scores and weak-area reports are teaching aids. They are not clinical probabilities and must not be relied on for patient care.
We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any examination body. Exam names are used only to describe the exams our practice is designed to support.
Accounts
- Provide accurate details when you sign up. Login credentials are sent to the email address you give us.
- Keep your credentials private. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Plans and payment
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, record, resell or publish questions, cases, explanations or mock papers.
- Share account access or run automated tools against the Service.
- Attempt to bypass security checks, access limits or other users' data.
- Enter real patient information anywhere in the Service.
- Use the Service to provide clinical advice to others.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
Content and intellectual property
All questions, cases, explanations, reports, software and design in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation while your account is active.
Content is reviewed for accuracy, but medicine changes and errors can occur. If you find one, please report it so it can be reviewed.
Cohort accounts
Institutions on Cohort plans are responsible for managing their seats and for informing their learners that instructors can view batch progress. Institution-specific terms agreed in writing take precedence where they differ from these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but may need to pause it for maintenance or updates. Features may change as the platform develops. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee any exam result, rank or score. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending your use
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through the contact page. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached or if required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
